With a career spanning over two decades in the financial services industry, Scott Duke stands out as a model of operational excellence and strategic leadership.  His early career saw swift advancement through various roles, including his most recent role, Trade Operations Manager, at The Strategic Financial Alliance (SFA), a boutique broker-dealer based in Atlanta, GA. Under his leadership at SFA, Scott developed and fostered a team of service excellence. As the Chief Operating Officer of Aldridge Private Wealth Management Group, Scott is responsible for implementing efficient operational processes that help to streamline the business with the end goal of improving client satisfaction and service.  Scott prides himself on his work ethic and disciplined approach to the business and endeavors to enhance productivity for the whole team and our clients by optimizing operations and taking a “white glove service” approach to client service.

Scott’s approach to operations is deeply rooted in his belief in data-driven decision-making and putting the client at the center of everything that we do.  He is deeply committed to keeping up with industry trends to ensure that the Aldridge Private Wealth Management Group not only adapts to but stays ahead of a rapidly evolving industry. Justin Dent is a Financial Consultant with Aldridge Private Wealth Management team, where he exemplifies a steadfast commitment to excellence, strategic foresight, and a deeply rooted client-first philosophy. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Justin has cultivated a reputation for delivering personalized, results-driven wealth management solutions tailored to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. His approach is grounded in long-term relationship building, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of the complexities of modern financial landscapes.

Justin began his career in 2006 as an intern with Smith Barney, predecessor to Morgan Stanley, and went on to build an 18-year tenure with the firm. During his tenure, he served in Morgan Stanley’s boutique Private Wealth Management division, where he honed his expertise over 14 years in portfolio management, investment analysis, and client relationship development. His work involved crafting sophisticated investment strategies and navigating complex financial scenarios, always with a focus on aligning portfolios with clients’ long-term objectives. His specialties include Custom Portfolio Management, Alternative Investments, and Tax & Estate Planning Strategies - areas where his insight and precision have consistently added value.

A native of Macon, Georgia, Justin relocated to Atlanta in 2008 and has since become an active member of the community. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University, graduating with honors. Today, he resides in the vibrant Morningside neighborhood with his wife, Marlee, and their two children. The family enjoys exploring new destinations together, and Justin finds joy in traveling, reading, and staying active through regular exercise.

Kassi Lee is financial and operations professional with experience spanning business operations, financial oversight, and client service. Throughout her career, she has supported high-net-worth families, business leaders, and professional athletes, and is known for her attention to detail, calm presence, and commitment to exceptional client care.

Prior to joining Aldridge Private Wealth Management Group, Kassi served as a Controller for a luxury technology and security firm, where she managed financial operations for high-net-worth clients and partnered closely with leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and trusted service. She previously held leadership roles at Sports Trust Advisors, including Chief Operations Officer and Director of Client Services, supporting professional athletes and their families through complex financial coordination and personalized service.

Earlier in her career, Kassi worked in collegiate football and recruiting operations at Georgia Southern University, the United States Military Academy at West Point (Army Football), and the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, teamwork, and supporting individuals during high-pressure transitions.

A former Division I cross-country and track athlete at Georgia Southern University, Kassi brings discipline, consistency, and resilience to her work. She holds an MBA from Georgia Southern University and is deeply passionate about personal growth, mental wellness, and helping others feel supported both financially and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys strength training, breathwork practices, and creative writing, with aspirations of becoming an author. Above all, Kassi strives to lead with kindness and compassion—values passed down from her grandmothers that continue to guide her relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
